Brenda Margriet’s latest novel in her TIMELESS Seasoned Romance Collection, Richly Deserved, is on sale now at a special price until April 1.
More than twenty years ago, Claudia Aronson escaped an abusive marriage. She built a secure, stable life, and is now only weeks away from realizing a long-held dream—opening her own art gallery. But her well-ordered world is threatened by the compelling, abrasive man essential to bringing her new venture into the spotlight.
Artist Titus Wilcox is reclusive, nomadic, and passionate. His solitary, drifting habits have fed his creative soul, but played hell with his love life. Soon after he meets the statuesque, seemingly-serene Claudia, however, he feels a compulsion to paint a new reality—with her.
When an antique painting reveals mysterious documents concealed behind its frame, Titus and Claudia unite in a hunt for lost riches—a pursuit that takes them into the remote hills surrounding the fabled gold rush town of Barkerville.
To these two skeptics, true love is as phony as fool’s gold. But this improbable search for buried treasure could lead to their hearts’ hidden desires.
Richly Deserved‘s Ebook Price $2.99 (will go up to $4.99 on April 1)
Now Available on Amazon, Kobo, B&N and Apple (Also Available in Print from Amazon)

It was really fun writing this one! I hope you enjoy it. 🙂

Awesome! Thanks so much, Elizabeth!

I’m glad you think so, Jeanine! Always nice to now the back cover copy works LOL!
What a beautiful cover!
Thanks, Gin! It looks awesome next to the first in the collection, too, which pleases my OCD little heart. 🙂
Thanks so much for this, Jenny! You are a truly giving person! 🙂
Congrats! Love the cover and blurb. Off to Amazon.
Thank you so much, Robena!
Hey now! Liked the first one so I’m in line. And +1 on that cover. 🙂
Thanks so much! And so glad you hear you liked AFTER WORDS, too. 🙂
Congrats on the new book, Brenda. Sounds fun:)
Thank you!
Got it. Looking forward to reading it. As a family we went to Barkerville many times when I was a child and for Billy Barker days, ages ago now. That was a fun time with our group of friends. Panning for gold was always a highlight.
That’s awesome, Carol! Since we live about 1.5 hours away its often on the list when company comes from out of town (in the Before Days). It was a usual school trip for our kids and we’ve gone as a family, too. We always loved the stagecoach ride, theatre and watching the waterwheel work. Such a great place!
Congrats on your book birthday, Brenda! I really enjoyed the first one, so I’ve already purchased this onto my Kindle. Looking forward to losing myself! (And THANK YOU for writing romance for Seasoned women!)
You are welcome, Moira! And thank YOU for reading!
I bought it. I look forward to reading it. I’m wishing you all kinds of luck with Sales. I’m currently trying to figure out how to self publish with IngramSpark the books that were published by Guardian Angel Publishing (GAP) which went under. I have the PDFs but I have to get rid of the their information on it. I’m hoping my nephew will do that for me.
Blessings all.
Thanks, and good luck on re-publishing! I had a similar experience. There is an Adobe Acrobat program that will convert PDF’s back into WORD documents, but you’ll need to go through it very closely after because the formatting get a little wonky. But it is better than retyping the whole thing LOL!
I read the first page of the sample, laughed, and bought the book. Looking forward to reading it, thanks.
Sweet! I have to say, I’m rather proud of the first line, even if I did steal it from Jane Austen. 🙂
Same here!
Got mine! Looks great. Congrats, Brenda.
Thank you so much, Deborah!
